$5K Strategy Consultation Applied toward full engagement if we proceed

Before You Book: By the time you schedule this consultation, you should have already:

How It Works:

Step 1: Payment & Pre-Work Once you pay the $5K upfront, you'll receive detailed questionnaire work to complete within 2-4 business days. This ensures we're fully aligned and I have the details needed for our discussion. In that communication, you will also receive suggested times for the consultation call. I must receive your answers at least 2 days before our call.

Step 2: 30-Minute Consultation I listen as we review your answers. You're paying for access to my time and evaluation - not for me to give you all the answers or sell you on working with me.

Step 3: Next Steps I'll provide immediate next steps within 7 days and determine if we're a good mutual fit.

Step 4: Implementation If we decide to proceed AND you have budget to move to the next step, implementation begins within 14 days of first payment receipt.

Investment Structure:

  • Annual retainer for system build and implementation

  • 10-15% revenue share on deals generated

  • Tools, software, and additional resources billed separately

  • Depending on engagement length and goals, equity component may apply (1-5% range based on revenue and potential)

  • Targeting $5-10M+ in new revenue requires enterprise-level investment

No Negotiation Policy: There is no haggling or negotiation. You don't negotiate with the S&P 500 when you put a certain amount in and hope to get a certain return. The cost of the investment is the cost of the investment to generate a result based on past performance and future potential. You pay, you get a result, and you get what you pay for. I am not here to haggle or waste time.

How much do you charge?

Initial Discovery Call: $5,000 it is 30 minutes in length.

Full Engagement Investment: I create a 12-month plan and cost to execute one of the systems. Typical arrangement includes:

Annual retainer for system build and implementation (this will be an enterprise level investment typically in the range of 15-45k a month).

10-15% revenue share on deals generated through our systems

Tools, software, and additional resources billed separately as needed

Investment Scale: If you're targeting $5-10M+ in new revenue, you need to be prepared for enterprise-level growth investments. Companies serious about scaling invest proportionally to their growth targets. We'll discuss specific numbers during the $5K consultation.

Why these numbers matter: You need to know your current revenue, margins, and growth targets to determine if this investment makes sense. I don't work with dabblers who can't do basic math on ROI.

Companies that don't know how long their sales cycle is (30 days or less works best), but businesses with a process that have cycles that are 3-6 months can still be a good fit, it just takes longer to see the real ROI.

Most consultants give you strategy documents. I build and implement the actual systems. When I say I'll create a partner program that generates $10M+ ARR, I don't just hand you a playbook - I recruit the partners, build the infrastructure, and manage execution until we hit the numbers.

Revenue systems typically start generating pipeline within 60-90 days. Full ROI usually achieved within 6-12 months. However, this depends entirely on your market, offer strength, and execution capability. During our $5K consultation, we'll determine realistic timelines based on your specific situation.
